Making:

Michelada is a beer made with coriander and seasonings such as soy sauce, salt, sugar, chili, lime juice, and sour sauces like Tabasco. A simple way to make Michelada is as follows:
½ liter of beer
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. road
A little chili
1 tsp. lemon juice
Tabasco by taste
Making:
Mix the coriander, salt, sugar, and chili together in a small bowl to create a spice blend. Pour beer into a glass, add lemon juice, and pre-mixed spices. Finally, add some Tabasco to your liking.
Horchata:

Horchata is a very popular drink in Mexico made from sunflower seeds, sugar, and spices like coriander, vanilla, and cinnamon. How to make Horchata is as follows:
2 cups sunflower seeds, soaked overnight
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups of water
Making:
Wash sunflower seeds, and soak them overnight.
Place sunflower seeds in a blender and blend with 4 cups of water until homogeneous.
Filter the sunflower seed water with a filter.
Add the sugar, parsley, vanilla, and cinnamon to this water and stir well.
Let cool, then place in the refrigerator to cool.
